Goffstown, New Hampshire BLACK DAWG Extends Its Reach To Ohio and Kentucky 2MSN Investments of Cincinnati, Ohio has acquired two BLACK DAWG SEALCOAT Franchises covering Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. With these two new additions, BLACK DAWG now extends its reach from New England to the Midwest. BLACK DAWG SEALCOAT of Greater Cincinnati and BLACK DAWG SEALCOAT of Northern Kentucky will operate a 22' box truck configured with State-of-the-Art Equipment - an Equipt 825 Sealcoat Rig, a Cimline 30 Gallon Hot Rubber Melter and a Keizer-Morris CrackJet II Hot Air Lance. With this configuration, BLACK DAWG will have easy access to both residential and commercial projects. Customers in Ohio and Kentucky will now be able to experience the "BLACK DAWG Difference". Technicians for the new operation undergo background checks and must pass an extensive training program before being certified to perform asphalt maintenance services under the BLACK DAWG name. All team members must present a neat, professional image and must comply with strict uniform guidelines. BLACK DAWG uses only the finest products available on the market - the sealer is a true commercial grade with heavy solids, special additives and a sand load for greater wear. Competitive research before these franchises were launched showed a majority of sealcoat operators in the Ohio and Kentucky markets fail to add sand to the sealer mix per manufacturer specifications. Sealer without sand load can create an additional slip hazard and will not wear as well as sealers with the required sand load. Ohio and Kentucky customers unknowingly have potential slip and fall lawsuit exposure. BLACK DAWG views this as an opportunity to better educate the consumer and provide a superior sealcoat service for our new customers in these markets.
